📁 Digital Products (Battle Maps & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable files are final. Once your purchase is completed and the file is made available, you waive your right to withdraw under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).

We do not offer refunds for digital products unless one of the following applies:

The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

The product does not match the description

You did not receive a download link or access due to a technical issue

If you experience any of these problems, please contact us at support@forjara.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will gladly help resolve the problem.

📦 Physical Products

You may request a return or refund for physical items if:

The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

The item is unused and in its original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered in error or damaged.
Not eligible for return:

Items returned after 14 days

Used or visibly worn items

Custom-printed or made-to-order products

“Change of mind” returns for digital items

To request a return or refund, email us at support@forjara.com with your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos if the item is damaged.

💳 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

Depending on your payment provider, it may take longer for the funds to appear
